The Putnam Panthers’ winning habits of mind and aspirations for college success are evident throughout the halls and newly-renovated cafeteria of Putnam Middle School.  Visitors to the building feel the energy in the classrooms as students work in groups to solve problems and use technology to extend their learning.    Teachers are using data every day to improve instruction and student learning.  Every classroom is focused on ensuring students are complex thinkers, collaborators, creators, innovators and conscientious, continuous learners.   Community partners like Jones Valley Teaching Farm, SPEAK FIRST and the Church of the Highlands are visible members of the school community, supporting deep, rich student learning.
